What counts as a reset?
A recorded global refill or restored usage limit. Banked credits are tracked separately and can be used later. Records awaiting review remain marked as pending.
Why does the date sometimes differ from X?
An announcement can fall on different dates across time zones. Choose your local time, Pacific time or UTC above. The calendar, the answer, and the activity list follow that choice. Each time is also shown in Pacific, your zone, and UTC.
